We spent a day volunteering at various organizations in Akron. It was a great chance to support places like the Haven of Rest (pictured here). We peeled hundreds of apples for them that day, it was a lot of work and a lot of fun!
We also volunteered at the Salvation Army to help them set up for their toy giveaway. It was a great opportunity to see how many people they help each year! Phil was in the quality control department...after this all he could say is "I wanna go fast!" Doing things for our community is a huge part of what we are about.
